AZI Interactive will accept sign up forms from customers who will dial up locally from inside the United States only. AZI Interactive cannot provide Internet connections outside the 50 United States.

You will need a credit or checking account for payments. An Access AZI representative will contact you as soon as possible to confirm and complete your setup process. Access AZI bills on a quarterly basis (every 3 months) for all services.
